Can I bring my pet(s)?
Yes! You may have up to two animals in your home. Dogs must be less than 50 lbs., and non-aggressive breeds only.
We have a $300.00 deposit, and charge $35.00/month - this is a flat fee for both 1 or 2 animals. We require current vaccination records, as well as a photo of your pet(s) prior to moving in. We also welcome service animals!
Is The Goose a smoke free community?
Yes, our community is smoke free!
What is the neighborhood like?
We are located in what is now Central Springs off of Union Blvd and Academy Blvd just north of UCCS and 2-minute walk from the Target shopping center. There is a 5-to-10-minute drive many great restaurants on North Academy, Filmore and Union as well as some smaller gems within walking distance. UCCS is a 5 minute drive south, AFA is a 15-20 minute drive to the North and a cozy residential neighborhood to the west.
Do you have a student discount?
We offer a waived admin fee for all students of UCCS, and other nearby employers. Visit or call our leasing office today to learn more.
What do I need to qualify?
Your household must make 2.0x the base rent. We go off your gross monthly income! We can use your two most recent paystubs, six months of bank statements, a recent W2, or your LES.
We also screen credit, and criminal background - there are no specific credit requirements.
