After a year of living here I must say the new management is phenomenal! I mean to the point where I genuinely do not want to leave, the office ladies, Mariah is the coolest and sweetest and always makes sh+t happen, Alex is kind and just soo passionate, the maintenance men are strong and hardworking, Ken and Dre are fantastic and are always ready to drop what they’re doing and help solve what ever you may need them for. This community has immensely improved since the day I moved in and I’m confident to continue residing here <3 thank you all for what you do. You are all so truly appreciated and I’m grateful to call my place home, knowing there’s people who actually care about what they do. You guys rock !!!

I just now moved in to these beautiful apartments. I had the amazing help from a sweet girl named Alex that welcomed me in the second I walked in the door. Alex made my moving in process go very smoothly and fast! I also what to say that Mariah was a huge help in getting me moved in as fast as possible! They both worked with me and made everything work out! I love it here and I would recommend checking it out!

I lived here for a little under a year (due to me being military I had to end the lease early) but they gave me an amazing experience. For a young female in my 20s I felt very safe in the area and they assured me of the locks changing and keys etc. It was my first time living alone and I had a lot of questions and they always were there to answer them for me as well. The staff has been friendly, and great with community and genuinely caring about what is going on in your life from when I moved in till when I turned in my keys. The place is affordable and is at a great location as well with everything you need right nearby. Highly recommend to anyone who is considering to move in.

Former resident of six years - during my time at Highland Parks Apartments (now under new management as The Goose), I never got to know the neighbors half as much as I would have liked, although overall I found the community friendly. Maintenance was addressed in a timely fashion and the grounds were usually well-kept. The location is pretty convenient, a little less so now that the YMCA closed. If there was one thing I wished was different, I'd say that the office could have given us a greater heads-up before scheduling exterior work. As of the time I left, there were definitely a few issues - gates disabled, mailbox broken, and clubhouse closed - so you might want to ask about those. Also, if you're planning on living here, you should know that car break-ins are a real risk; a line of cars were broken into the first year I lived there (I got lucky).

I’ve lived at the Goose for over three years. Maintenance is always on top of whatever I need, the grounds are kept, the property always looks nice. I can’t complain at all. Everyone here is very nice.

I've only lived here for a few months now, but I've had a pretty good experience so far. The staff were so helpful getting me in and my apartment is so cute! Everything is very clean and as a pet friendly area, I appreciate that people pick up after their pets here. Definetely one of the better places I've lived in the Springs!:)

So far 3 months into my lease and this place has been one of the best apartments I’ve lived at. The front office staff are super nice and helpful and issues actually get resolved instead of being ignored. Will update as time goes on.

I live here for 14 months and I just renewed my lease. This place is great! Assigned parking spot, a nice dog park that I constantly see being cleaned, the neighbors are very nice, I like quiet environment so I’ve never experienced loud music and loud neighbors. The girls in the office are amazing and efficient and the maintenance guys are amazing too they are quick to fix whatever you need. Plus the guys that cut the grass are every week here so it always looking good. My unit is renovated so I don’t have anything bad to tell about, it looks nice. I also feel very safe here and I love that we have everything we need around here it’s a great location.

If you’re considering moving here, I don’t think you’ll regret it! I’m very impressed with how professional, organized and friendly Caitlin and Jessica are. The maintenance people don’t take long getting requests done. The area itself is close to many great stores and restaurant, while still feeling tucked away from it. It’s nice to be at an apartment complex that has a community feeling to it.

The management team (Caitlin and Jessica) at the Goose Apartments in Colorado Springs are incredible - helpful, knowledgeable and professional. Caitlin walked us through the application process process, showed us our options for apartments, answered all our questions, and provided all of the details one needs to make an informed decision in selecting a place to live. They also gave us great info about the local area. We had a positive experience!

HUGE improvement since new management took over. the old manager Kristin Day (who wrote a 1 star review here, ironically) completely screwed up our lease, didn’t have a unit for us, didn’t inspect current apt, etc upon move-in which has since been corrected. many people were allowed to move in without a lease for MONTHS. the new office team is very friendly & involved, in comparison to an empty office, & no one to answer calls 6/7 days previously. i’m very optimistic in the change, my husband & i like it here & plan on staying now. the building & utilities are slightly old, but otherwise we like our unit & location.
